Project Control Engineer

Planning & Scheduling: Coordinate with teams to define timelines; prepare Turnaround (TA) master schedules (shutdown, maintenance, start-up).Cost Control: Prepare budgets/forecasts, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and support cost reporting.
Monitoring & Reporting: Track progress against milestones; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; identify delays and recommend fixes.
TA Support: Support TA planning and execution; coordinate with stakeholders; monitor KPIs (schedule, cost, resources).Compliance: Ensure alignment with company standards, safety regulations, and project procedures; maintain documentation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petrochemical/Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, or related fields.
Experience: 1–5 years in Planning, Project Control, or Turnaround/Shutdown in industrial plants (Oil & Gas/Petrochemical preferred).Skills: Proficient in Primavera P6 / MS Project; strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills under pressure.
Knowledge: Cost control, scheduling, and at least 1 TA cycle experience (advantage).Language: Good English communication.
Mobility: Willing to work on-site in Vung Tau and support overtime during TA periods.

Salary: Gross 17 – 30 million VND/month.
Probation: 100% full salary during 2-month probation.
Allowances: Housing & transportation allowance (shuttle bus from Phu My, Vung Tau, Long Son within 25km).Bonuses: 13th-month salary (pro-rated from probation, eligible after 3 months) + Annual performance-based salary review in Q1.Insurance: Full statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI) based on 100% basic salary + private health insurance.
