Production Team Leader

Manage workers and shift leaders during assigned shifts.
Ensure effective production operations.
Control and supervise the team to ensure daily production plans are achieved.
Monitor and manage KPIs, productivity, and safety.
Participate in process improvement activities.
Manage goals and performance results specific to each production area.

Graduated from college or university.
At least 1 year of experience in Production Management.
Good command of English.
Good knowledge of manufacturing systems such as 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 4M, QC 7 tools, and PDCA.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; able to use Pareto charts.
Strong people management skills.
Hard‑working and enthusiastic.
Priority will be given to candidates living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh.
