Tuyển dụng Production Supervisor tại Đồng Nai

Ensure production plans are executed on schedule with the required quality, productivity, and safety standards. Manage manpower, equipment, and processes to maintain efficient operations and drive continuous improvement.

This role, based at our LVHA’s Production Supervisor, will report directly to the Production Manager.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Plan, coordinate and control the assembly line production schedule to meet targets in terms of quantity, quality, cost, safety and time.

- Supervise and lead teams of supervisors, line leaders and workers.

- Monitor production output, adjust schedules and resources as needed to maintain efficiency.

- Ensure that production processes comply with company and safety, quality standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to personnel, equipment and workflow.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, maintenance and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Implement lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement practices.

- Track KPIs such as OEE, productivity, safety, downtime,…

- Develop and train staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

- Maintain accurate production records and report to management review.

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Manufacturing or related fields.

Experience: At least 2 – 3 years in a supervisor or managerial role.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, production planning and quality control systems.

- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proven ability to drive performance, motivate teams and implement process improvements.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of project management tools is an advantage.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Preferred skills: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt), Kaizen, ISO standards.
