The COP / ISO Officer works directly under the leadership of the Conformity Manager to coordinate, execute, and maintain the facility-wide Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Conformity of Production (COP) frameworks. This role is instrumental in aligning cross-functional teams (Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Support team) with technical compliance mandates, conducting structured internal audits, driving Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensuring the site remains fully audit-ready for target global export markets (European, China, …).

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Maintain and update the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, standardizing procedures, SOPs, and master document control across all departments.

- Coordinate and execute Conformity of Production (COP) audit requirements for key destination markets (EU, China,…).

- Plan, schedule, and perform regular internal audits covering ISO 9001, production processes, and COP procedural compliance.

- Track, manage, and verify the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys,…).

- Prepare technical files, compliance records, and provide operational support during external certification audits and authority inspections.

- Conduct periodic training sessions on ISO standards, COP protocols, and process compliance to enhance site-wide quality culture.

- Monitor QMS/COP performance metrics, maintain audit records, and report key quality KPIs regularly to the Conformity Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or College Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical disciplines.

Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process quality assurance, preferably within automotive, powersports, machinery, or complex manufacturing environments.

Skills:

- Proficiency in process mapping, SOP/ WI development, and root-cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).

- Familiarity with Conformity of Production (COP) audits and international regulatory compliance.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience is advantageous).

- High attention to detail, structured organizational capability.

- Clear cross-functional communication and strong process-driven mindset.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workplace applications

Languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken).
