Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to delivery.
Develop, update, and control production plans to meet business requirements.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
Control the status of raw materials, inventory, equipment, and production resources.
Prepare and analyze periodic reports on production output, revenue, and inventory.
Investigate variances between planned and actual results and propose corrective actions.
Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to production planning and quality requirements.
Monitor and control revenue, inventory levels, and PSI performance against targets.
Track production capacity, optimize resource utilization, and support productivity improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
1. Graduated from Intermediate School or higher in fields related to production, supply chain, planning
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
3. Communication in English is required:  At least  level with 4 skills: listening - speaking - reading - writing equivalent to TOEIC 550 points / Japanese N3
