Failure Analysis Engineer

1.To investigate and analyze the causes of cases of damaged goods, abnormal errors and errors of unknown causes in the production process. (15%) data collection, phenomenon analysis, and root cause identification. (10%)
2.Fault reproduction, 3. Coordinate with Production, QA/QC. Engineering. R&D and stakeholders departments to propose and implement countermeasures. (15%)
4. Monitor the effectiveness of countermeasures, confirm to prevent the recurrence of errors. (10%) 5. Prepare investigation reports, manage fault data and synthesize error trends. (10%)
6. Participate in quality improvement activities, reduce spoiled goods and improve production stability. (20%)
7.Technical correspondence with suppliers (10%)
8. Support and handle work with related departments (10%)
