Production Inventory Control Engineer (Working in Hung Yen)

1. Inbound Logistics

- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team for incoming materials and delivery schedules.

- Monitor and handle receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.

- Ensure all incoming goods are properly recorded in the system

2. Warehouse & Inventory Control

- Ensure proper storage, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and stock accuracy.

- Perform inventory tracking, stock count (cycle count / annual stocktake).

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory

3. Production Support

- Ensure timely material supply to production lines.

- Coordinate with production team to meet daily production plans.

- Manage internal material flow to avoid delays or line stoppage

4. Outbound Logistics

- Arrange shipment, packing, and delivery to customers or other locations.

- Prepare shipping documents (delivery note, packing list, etc.).

- Coordinate with transport providers to ensure on-time delivery.

5. Documentation & System Management

- Maintain accurate records in ERP / inventory management systems.

- Prepare logistics reports (stock status, delivery performance, etc.).

6. Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with Production, Purchasing, QA/QC, and Finance teams and logistics partners

- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and logistics service providers.

7. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

• Propose improvements to optimize warehouse operations, logistics flow, and cost efficiency

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields. Candidates with majors in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering are preferred

- Good command of written and spoken English

Experience:

a) Good analytical skills

b) Knowledge of inventory control, production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics processes

c) Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment are preferred. However, Company training will be provided for candidates without experience

d) Male candidate is preferred

Other Essential Attribute:

a) Good and effective communication skills.

b) Must be computer literate.

c) Experience in using SAP is advantage but not mandatory

d) Willingness to learn
