Production Development Engineer

·       Project Preparation & Coordination
- Manage Production Design System (PDS), BOM (Bill of Material)
- Coordinate the customs registration application process.
·       Material & Internal consumables Management
- Manage materials for internal production, ensuring availability of parts
- Perform material requisition applications for different stages (e.g., DOE, FA).
- Conduct material storage and module storage management.
·       System Management & Documentation
- Release internal project codes in the system.
- Maintain and update Nimbus Build Matrix, and Allocation and update WIP.
·       Build and Production tracking
- Create work orders (WO) and Special Working Flow Requests (SWR).
- Coordinate and follow up on engineering builds and report progress.
- Conduct morning meetings to track progress and discuss issues.
- Address and resolve build issues, provide feedback, sample qty each station.
·       Shipping and Logistics
- Shipment document and label preparation
- Arrange and manage shipment logistics and track schedule.
·       Warehouse and Inventory Management
- Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) warehouse stock clearance.
- Manage and confirm material requisition and preparation processes.
- Perform regular and daily inventory counts (full stock and change counts).
- Track and manage material return and confirm requisition status.
·       Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
- Provide a comprehensive build cost summary and track the financial impact of production processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply chain/Industrial management, or a related field.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent project management, communication, and customer interfacing skills.
English is required. (additional Chinese language skills are a plus).
