Overview
Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI systems to support the company’s Smart Manufacturing initiatives. This role spans the full AI development lifecycle – from data preprocessing and model development to production deployment – addressing real-world challenges in manufacturing automation, computer vision, and enterprise AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
·      Develop AI/ML/DL solutions, including predictive models, computer vision, and LLM-powered applications.
·      Integrate AI applications with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and factory data sources.
·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Quality & Reliability) to translate operational problems into AI-driven solutions.
·      Deploy AI models and applications to real-world production environments.
·      Develop AI automation workflows that reduce manual effort across manufacturing operations.
·      Monitor model performance, identify degradation, and iterate based on feedback from stakeholders.
·      Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
·      Stay current with AI research and proactively propose innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Required Qualifications
·      Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
·      1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML Engineering
·      Strong foundation in Python, data structures, and algorithms
·      Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
·      Familiarity with LLM applications and prompt engineering.
·      Ability to deploy AI models to real-world environments using Docker.
·      English proficiency: TOEIC 605+ or equivalent (IELTS / TOEFL iBT accepted)
Preferred Qualifications
·      Experience with Computer Vision libraries and frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, Cognex) and industrial cameras, interfaces, lenses, lighting, and image acquisition.
·      Experience with model optimization or quantization using TensorRT, OpenVINO, or equivalent tools.
·      Experience with industrial data platforms, SQL databases, or factory integration.
·      Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) or manufacturing quality methodologies (Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Whys)
