Production Control & Logistics Manager

• Develop and implement effective production plans to fulfill customer requirements while maximizing machine capacity and workforce efficiency.
• Lead Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure timely raw material availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate customer delivery schedules to achieve high service performance.
• Supervise raw material warehouse operations and optimize internal material flow for maximum operational efficiency.
• Manage outbound logistics to ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and within the required timelines.
• Oversee import and export activities, including customs clearance planning and shipping documentation administration.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable tax regulations, customs requirements, and international trade policies.
• Collaborate closely with freight forwarders and customs authorities to resolve customs-related issues and facilitate smooth import-export operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or Industrial Engineer
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in PC&L (Production Control & Logistics) within a manufacturing environment with 3 years of hands-on experience in Import/Export and customs operations.
• Good English or Korean communication skills
