1. Product Strategy & Market Intelligence

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer insight assessment, and trend monitoring to identify product opportunities and support strategic product decisions.

2. Product Proposition & Customer Value Creation

Develop customer-centric product propositions, value frameworks, customer journeys, and product positioning strategies that address customer needs and create meaningful differentiation in the market.

• University Degree in a business-related discipline

• At least 4 years working experience in product marketing, product development in insurance industry

• An excellent communicator (writing, speaking) & presentation, both in English & Vietnamese

• Innovative, creative and have strong mindset in sale supports, passionate for their product specialty
