Product Developer (Garment Accessories)

Work description:

- Working as PD in the Rudholm Group involves direct BRAND support and contact. You work together with KAM for enquiries and sampling, and you are also the link to provide information to CS.

- Taking on a supportive role for local market to the BRAND

- Work together with KAM / BC / Brand develop trimmings such as hangtags, woven labels, zip pullers, buttons, packaging, etc.

- PD is responsible for creating items in Texas and/or to add relevant data for keeping the system updated.

• Price enquiry

- PD’s responsibility is to review the enquiry and make sure to have all criteria needed for the production/suppliers to give a quotation in return.

- Adding the data to Texas including any fees around the product

• Sampling

- Getting sampling requests from BC/KAM/BRAND to start development.

- Inform production/suppliers to issue samples as requirement and mark in Texas for samples ready date.

- Update state in Texas when BRAND accepted the samples and to alert CS of the new item for them to add the web shop. PD is also responsible to give CS qty to produce.

- Arrange the physical copy to CS of the approved PA-form for QC to be arranged upon stock arrival.

- For other tasks will be assigned by Country Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- 5 - 7 years’ experience as a Product Developer

- Good communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal.

- Good knowledge of the garment accessories supply chain

- Fluency in English and Vietnamese

- Good skills in solving problems and teamwork.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products

- Willing to travel.

- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Foreign Trade and relevant major
