About the Role

GON TECH Co., LTD is seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating user-centric designs, fluent in modern design tools, and able to deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect interfaces for both end-users and platform partners. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create outstanding experiences across web and product platforms.

Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Define project goals, understand business and user needs, and clarify design requirements through discussions, brainstorming, or documentation.
• Work closely with Product Owner, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure products meet both user needs and business objectives.

2. Design Execution

• Information Design: Create user flows, wireframes, and UI concepts for large/complex projects based on research and defined directions.
• UI Design: Apply design systems to deliver detailed requirements aligned with project goals. Design landing pages and sales pages with strong visuals to effectively convey intended messages.
• User Experience (UX Thinking):Develop and analyze User Flows and User Journey Maps to understand user behaviors, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Multi-Platform Design: Create responsive designs for mobile, web, and cross-platform solutions.
• Optimized Design: Adapt to requirement changes, propose optimized solutions, present designs to stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders post-launch to gather feedback, refine, and update designs for the best possible user experience.

3. Design System

• Build, maintain, and evolve components within the Design System/UI Kit with proper documentation.
• Ensure consistency in visual design and user experience across all platforms and products.

Your Skills and Experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in designing web and/or app products with a strong user-centric mindset.
•  Solid understanding and practical application of Design Thinking, User Flows, and User Journey Mapping.
• Strong logical thinking and visual design skills with attention to typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe tools.
• Detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and effective in communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive under high-pressure environments.
• Skilled in systematizing images and visuals across multiple brands.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile interaction design is required.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in front-end development (HTML/CSS).
