Procurement Manager (FDI Factory)

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals.

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to understand material requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in procurement activities.

• Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.

• Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals to enhance their skills and performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.

• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.

• Experience in FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) environments is preferred.

• Certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
