Process Engineer (New Set Up Factory, PCB/Semiconductor Field)

• Design and develop manufacturing processes for PCB/Semiconductor production.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.

• Conduct process simulations and analyses to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues during production.

• Document process specifications and maintain accurate records.

• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and technologies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the PCB or semiconductor industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
