Planning Manager (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese)

We are looking for a Planning Manager for an FDI manufacturing company in Bac Ninh.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production planning, material planning, and warehouse operations.

• Develop, implement, and optimize production plans to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer demand.

• Plan and coordinate various types of orders, including short lead-time orders, annual programs, ad-hoc orders, and new product introductions (NPI).

• Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient supply chain operations.

• Lead, coach, and develop the Planning, Material Control, and Warehouse teams.

• Monitor planning, inventory, and delivery performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Prepare regular reports and communicate effectively with regional management and the local leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate directly with overseas management.

• Proven experience as a Planning Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Production Planning Manager, or a similar managerial role in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong experience in production planning across multiple product categories and order types, including short lead-time, long-term, ad-hoc, and new product projects.

• Experience in leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
