Planner/ Planning Staff

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the monthly and master production schedule by updating manufacturing detail i.e Job progress, WIP and output tracking, materials issues, machine loading in daily/ weekly/ monthly basis and justify capacity & productivity for optimizing production plan.

- Work closely with the Production team to achieve planned quantity and meet customer’s delivery date (OTD).

- Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure sufficient materials to support the production.

- Follow closely Engineering Chang Notice (ECN), Bill of Materials (BOM), and New Production Introduction (NPI).

- Commit product delivery to Sales or Customer Service to meet OTD, and provide advanced notice in case an order will be delayed.

- Monitor Epicor system and ensure MES data collection is done by operation team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 - 2 years of working experience in related field and manufacturing environment.

- Analytical skills and understanding of ERP system.

- Strong work ethics and ability to work under tight schedules and work under pressure.

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Good communication skills and fluent in English.
