WHAT WILL YOU DO

1. Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize performance.

2. Plan, set up, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns based on defined KPIs.

3. Analyze campaign data and measure performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

4. Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and overall campaign effectiveness.

5. Continuously test and iterate creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

6. Prepare regular reports, sharing insights, performance results, and optimization recommendations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the POD/Dropshipping industry, with a solid understanding of the business model, operational workflow, and product characteristics.

• Preferred candidates are graduates from top universities in Vietnam, including National Economics University (NEU), Foreign Trade University (FTU), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), Thuong Mai University (TMU), and FPT University.

• Proven hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, particularly with Facebook Ads or AppLovin, including campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization to achieve business objectives.

• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CPM, CPC, and Conversion Rate, with the ability to analyze campaign performance and maximize ROI through data-driven optimizations.

• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.

• Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Results-oriented with a high sense of ownership, a strong willingness to learn, and a continuous drive to stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing.

Lên VP làm việc vào thứ 2 đến thứ 5. Thời gian từ 14h00 - 17h00.
