PCB/ PCBA Production Manager

• Develop and oversee production schedules in line with customer demand, production capacity, and operational priorities.
• Supervise end-to-end PCB/PCBA manufacturing activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations.
• Track daily production performance, monitor workflow, and ensure products are completed and delivered according to the committed timeline.
• Drive operational performance by managing production output, product quality, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
• Collaborate closely with Quality, Engineering, Planning, and Warehouse teams to address production challenges and maintain workflow continuity.
• Investigate manufacturing and quality-related issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the production workforce through manpower planning, shift arrangement, coaching, performance management, and skills development.
• Prepare regular reports on production results, quality performance, and manpower status, providing timely updates to senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• At least 8–1 years of hands-on experience in PCB, PCBA, or SMT manufacturing environments.
• Proven background in production leadership with solid knowledge of PCB/PCBA manufacturing processes and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers on production-related matters.
