Partnership Development Associate (Admin)

The job holder is to support the Partnership Development Team Head (CD/TW/OT) in leading sales performance of the assigned segment, including, but not limited to: supporting existing partners, exploring and on-boarding new partners, analyzing performance, assisting with product development initiatives based on market and partner insights.

1.     Research market (20%):

• Analyze market trends and competitor policies to suggest product enhancements.
• Conduct market research, mystery shopping, and collect insights to improve product fit and partner experience.

2.     Develop the assigned segment & partnership network (60%)

• Manage daily interactions with partners and resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies with partner needs.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and appendices with dealers and brand principals.
• Lead dealer onboarding, contract lifecycle management, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with related department/division to optimize execution.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance to ensure KPIs are met.

3.     Support product policy (20%)

• Support the rollout of new product schemes and promotions.
• Lead or contribute to survey, policy/process improvement, and repayment handling when required.

• University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
• Not required prior experience
• Experience in partnership development, market research is a plus
• Retail banking - Consumer finance: products, policies, and processes
• Problem solving, time management, deadline-oriented
• Relationship engagement, market research
• English – Writing & Reading
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
