Order Management Officer (Sales Support)

Order & Delivery Management: Process sales orders, schedule deliveries, and match inventory to maximize monthly volume and minimize delays.
Logistics & Compliance: Coordinate with freight and logistics teams for bookings and warehouse management while ensuring customs, trade (HS codes, FTA, COO), and export documentation compliance.
Data & Pricing Accuracy: Validate contracts and pricing against commercial terms, and maintain accurate customer and product data in the ERP system (SAP).Customer Service: Confirm orders, communicate delivery plans, and resolve shipment disputes, claims, or complaints.
Planning & Performance: Track KPIs (OTIF, cycle time), assist with demand forecasting, manage stock daily, and account for logistics costs in decisions.
Disruption & Company Policy: Manage supply chain exceptions/crises, participate in productivity improvements, and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Economics, or related fields.
Experience: 6 months to 5 years in Order Management, Sales Support, B2B Administration, or Customer Service.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word); ERP (SAP/Oracle) experience is a plus.
Competencies: Strong English communication, problem-solving, time management, and organization.
