Operations Manager / Supply Chain Manager - Modular products

Company Overview

Our client is a newly established foreign-invested manufacturer specializing in modular and prefabricated construction solutions.

The new manufacturing facility in Hung Yen is being developed to produce high-quality modular solutions for export to Australia and New Zealand, with two main product lines: Modular Space Pods, Bathroom Pods

This is a greenfield manufacturing project with an initial expansion plan of more than 100 employees and an annual production capacity exceeding 10,000 units, offering an excellent opportunity to build systems, establish processes and scale a new manufacturing operation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Supply Chain operations including Procurement, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Import/Export.

• Ensure material availability to support production schedules.

• Manage domestic and international suppliers.

• Optimize inventory levels and logistics costs.

• Develop supply chain KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams.

• Support ERP implementation and process development.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 7 years' experience in Supply Chain or Operations Management.

• Experience in OEM or export manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, logistics and import/export.

• Good English communication.

• ERP experience is required.

• Greenfield or factory setup experience is an advantage.
