Operations Logistics Analyst

• Analyze operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and operational KPIs.
• Monitor productivity, manpower utilization, SLA, and logistics costs.
• Support workforce planning and capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Drive process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics Operations, Operations Support, Operations Excellence, or Data Analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; Power BI is highly preferred.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, warehouse, or transportation operations is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
