Operations Executive (Medical Devices)/ Nhân Viên Điều Phối (Thiết Bị Y Tế) - Làm việc tại Hà Nội

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Executive to support our Operations Team.

This Operations Executive position will report directly to Operations Manager and provide support to the team. As an Operations Executive, you will oversee and implement administrative procedures and establish work priorities.

Duties:

• Process the import orders, manage warehouse stock and arrange local sales delivery.

• Act as a liaison between Sales, Principals and Customers in sales/purchase orders, shipment documentation

• Responsible in proper scheduling or arrangement of daily deliveries

• Stock monitoring and support in day to day report

• Manage sales record and prepare purchasing/ sales reports.

• Control the assets for promotional use.

• To provide overall support and assistance to the Sales team.

• Support issues and/or query resolutions of principals and hospitals.

• Develop and maintain well organized filing system that permits easy reference and rapid retrieval of information.

• Maintain Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).

• Have Bachelor/ College Degree

• Have 2-4 year experience in relevant fields – especially experience and knowledge in medical devices industry will be advantages.

• Have good skill in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Knowledge of using SAP is an advantage.

• Have good command of spoken and written English as a must.

• Be able to work independently as well as team work.

• Possess keen interest in operations and regulatory work.

• Have expertise in Vietnam regulatory issues as a preference.

• Be pleasant, positive, meticulous, independent and able for multi-task.

• Be able to handle administrative duties with good documentary organization skills.

• Be excellent in time managing.

• Be open-minded, honest and careful.
