Job Summary

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for the sales and marketing of Electrophysiology/ Cardiac Rhythm Management (EP/CRM) products by providing clinical consultation, education, and technical support on their appropriate use in clinical setting. The roles serves as the primary clinical expert during EP/CRM procedures, offering hands-on support to physicians in the cath-lab.

Key Responsibilities

* Clinical Support: Provide advanced in-lab clinical support during complex EP/CRM procedures

* Technical Expert: Act as the physicians technical partner, supporting clinical and troubleshooting.

* Procedure Assistance: Assist physicians during EP/CRM cases and ablation/implantation procedures.

* Patient Care: Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient hemodynamic status to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.

* Sales & Marketing: Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and coordinate all necessary marketing, education, and tender activities.

* Relationship Management: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with EP/CRM teams.

* Training: Deliver structured training and formal in-service education to Electro-Physiologists and EP/CRM technician.

* Operational Support: Support procedural logistics, including device availability, lab readiness, and documentation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in electrophysiology or medical device sales is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant background are encourage to apply and will receive comprehensive training.

• Language: Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Traits: Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in high-pressure procedure-based environments.

• Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and often on short-notice travel between sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with 2D/3D systems

• Experience assisting with device implants (e.g., pacemakers, ICDs).

• Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills.

• Familiarity with hospital workflows and clinical processes.
