Operations Excellence Specialist

• Lead end-to-end delivery of process improvement and operations excellence projects, from scoping and planning to implementation and stabilization.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Retail, Dealer Ops, B2B, CX, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance.
• Lead projects to design, update, and roll out sales policies and standardized sales workflows, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage sales process optimization and CRM/system enhancement initiatives, improving speed, accuracy, data quality, and system usability.
• Facilitate process mapping, root-cause analysis, SOP development, and solution design as core project deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, or operations excellence.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience managing CRM or system-related projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
