Senior Workforce Governance - Workforce Management, SPX Express (Location: Ho Chi Minh)

Execute workforce governance projects and improvement initiatives from problem identification and analysis to implementation and performance monitoring
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of workforce policies, governance frameworks, and operational control mechanisms.
Analyze workforce performance, compliance trends, violation patterns, and operational data to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Support the implementation and monitoring of workforce performance and disciplinary mechanisms, including reward, violation treatment, and escalation processes.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Legal, Risk and other relevant stakeholders to investigate issues, develop solutions, and drive action plans to closure.
Monitor project progress, key governance metrics, and control effectiveness; proactively identify gaps and recommend improvement actions.
Prepare project updates, analysis, and recommendations to support management decision-making and other ad-hoc workforce governance initiatives.

2-4 years of experience in Operations, Project Management, Business Analysis, HR Operations, or related fields.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or workforce operations is a plus.
