Operations & Customer Service Specialist ($750, ID20034)

Maintain and support the SAP system to ensure smooth operations.
Create and manage vendor codes, including accurate data maintenance.
Process and execute transaction-related orders in compliance with company procedures.
Prepare and generate delivery-related documentation.
Issue billing documents such as invoices in a timely manner.
Consolidate monthly additional account expenses and ensure prompt payment collection.
Monitor demand forecasts and stock levels on a daily basis to support supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate closely with suppliers to track production status and ensure on-time delivery.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male/Female under 35 years old.
University graduate; preferably majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations/customer service.
Fluent in English, with Chinese proficiency as an advantage.
Proficient in using SAP software.
