3. REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3–5 years working in Logistics Company especially in warehouse management, operation department, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

• Proficiency in English (especially technical logistics terminology) for communicating with global agents and partners.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to multitask, working under high pressure
