Operation Supervisor

- Lead and manage the Operations Team for both sea freight and air freight import/export shipments.

- Independently handle and oversee shipment operations, including pricing and quotation management, booking arrangements, documentation, customs coordination, cargo release, and operational issue resolution.

- Coordinate effectively with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, warehouses, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.

- Analyze operational situations and identify potential risks proactively.

- Organize and monitor shipment records, operational status, and internal reports systematically.

- Ensure clear and accurate communication of management instructions to the operation team and provide proper guidance for execution.

- Support and guide team members to improve operational quality and problem-solving capabilities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations, documentation, customs coordination, and pricing.

- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluent in English or Chinese, both written and spoken.

- Familiarity with AI tools and digital productivity platforms is preferred.

- Candidates familiar with Apple iOS/macOS working environments will be given priority consideration.

*** Salary

- Salary: USD 950

- Probation three months, salary in probation period is 85%.
