Operation Executive (IELTS 7.0)

• Asset management: Validate seasonal assortment, product list is visible in Vendor CMS system (API data flow), work with MPO to validate contract issue preventing data flow
• Catalogue management: Extract, consolidation, manual data for catalogue production, at-once replenishment SKU management, support AT with product data missing from API, track readiness, trace and approved listing in partner platform
• Asset production – photoshoot of images: Trace and track SKUs with no images produced by GBI, track inventory available to raise an order to extract inventory for photoshoot, Inventory – Returned sales order management post photoshoot
• Site Health monitoring: Track and monitor all platforms' health for a seamless consumer experience
• Reporting: Readiness and completion reporting for stakeholders
• Regular communication with other teams and upper management, and the provision of suggestions for operational improvements.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, particularly in marketplace environments.
• Experienced in customer service, support roles, and product information management.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Fluent in English, particularly in writing and reading (IELTS equivalent 7.0+).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with expertise in complex formulas.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and able to thrive under pressure.
