[Open for Fresher] QC Executive

Regulatory Affairs & Cosmetic Formula Review

- Ensures that product labels comply with legal restrictions

- Coordinate with Marketing Department, Import License Registration Department, collect documents to check Sub-labels on product packaging

- Check documents, product data for assigned projects

- Contact and work with State agencies when necessary

- Update current regulations, latest laws of Vietnam and ASEAN

- Update reports to QC leader as requested

- Making the settlement registration fee and expense management report

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology

- Experience in preparing sub-labels for cosmetics and personal care products is an advantage

- Ability to read and analyze INCI ingredient lists

- Understanding of ASEAN cosmetics regulations

- Experience in preparing cosmetic product registration dossiers

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Good reading comprehension in English (preferred)

- Detail-oriented, responsible and proactive at work
