Business Planning Specialist

1. Prepare monthly and annual business plans and share closing results

- Prepare and analyze the monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) report, including the current month forecast and a rolling 12-month plan

- Share sales performance results by division, brand, channel, and category

- Develop the annual Business Plan and Action Plan

2. Monitor and analyze overall business management indicators, including budget performance, closing results, internal transactions, and other key financial metrics.

3. Prepare the monthly management report as requested by the Board of Directors (BOD).

4. Coordinate communication across the organization and provide administrative and business support to the BOD.

5. Support the development and implementation of internal management accounting processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business-related role.

- Proficient in Vietnamese (for Korean candidates) or Korean (for Vietnamese candidates).

- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting skills.

- Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

- Hardworking with strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Knowledge of accounting principles and management accounting (SAP or other ERP systems) is preferred.

- Familiarity with data analysis and data visualization tools is an advantage.
