Online Marketing Assistant Manager

• Develop and implement online marketing plans.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to propose solutions to improve business performance.
• Execute and manage advertising campaigns on digital platforms, as well as in-store activation programs.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate campaign performance through key metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, customers, and sales.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on activities to drive sales, increase traffic, and grow the customer base.
• Support the development of processes, reports, and improvement initiatives to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and according to the company’s business needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 4–5 years of experience in Digital/Online Marketing; candidates with experience in Retail or E-commerce are preferred.
• Good knowledge of advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and data analytics tools such as GA4, Data Studio, and Excel is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, and campaign management skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and task management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
