Role Summary

Responsible for the overall operation of ocean shipments both import and export. Closely update to market changes and Port/CFS regulation, strengthen relationship with CFS to support company’s biz. Closely interact to carriers and 3PL partners

Well-managed CS operational tasks on a daily basis, make sure issues and troubles are cleared asap

Specific Accountabilities

- Ensure all daily basis communication are followed up by team member

- To timely assist CS team when issue arise, to clear issue asap to assure our service level, act as a decision maker in ad-hoc cases.

- Able to back-up for CS team in any urgent cases

- Deep knowledge of Intra Asia/ USA/ CA operation, closely communicate to other departments (Sales/ MKT/ Customs & Trucking) to share latest updates related to port / terminal/ market changes.

- Tight connection to overseas agents to update major/sudden changes if those may impact to shipping schedule/ EQ/ release status, ect.

- Receiving introduction updates from HQ for system training, new system function

- Manage closely AR/AP/PNL of each business and directly report to top manager

Experience and Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in similar positions

- Graduated from College or university major in Logistics or Foreign Trading
