Nhân Viên Senior 2D Designer

We are looking for a Senior 2D Designer who reports to the Manager and takes responsibility for key visual proposals and design requests from related teams.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Study design briefs and determine requirements for key visual proposal.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Review drafts and present ideas of the team members.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with related team to produce the final design.
- Test graphics across various media.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in graphic design, industrial design, graphic designer or commensurate experience.
- More than 1 year of experience in event industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using graphic design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, AI, 3dsmax, Sketchup, Autocad, lumion, unreal.
- Knowledge of printing, material or multimedia tools.
- Good sense of internal and external customer services, marketing strategic & logical thinking, art, creative.
- Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts.
- Detailed and focused on quality and innovation.
- Passionate, highly committed & self-motivated.
- Quick learning; good at teamwork & leadership skills.
- Project management skills are required.
