Nhân Viên Phục Vụ - Waiter / Waitress

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• To serve all the guests professionally following The Deck standards at all times

• To perform all duties assigned by the department manager as required

• Able to work smoothly and efficiently with restaurant and bar teams

• Possess a thorough knowledge of all The Deck’s food and beverage menus 

• Able to recommend and explain menu suggestions to the guests

• Follow The Deck procedures in relation to correct Guest Service Experience and sequence of service

• Follow The Deck standards in relation to set up, cleaning, and after service

• Attend all training sessions as scheduled

• Maintain excellent grooming standards at all times and demonstrate a high level of personal hygiene

- Good spoken English, 

- Calm and able to work under pressure,
