Nhân Viên Pha Chế - Bartender

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- GUEST EXPERIENCE & SERVICE
- TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
•    Prepare all cocktails, mocktails, and coffee according to The Deck’s standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
•    Maintain a thorough, "encyclopedic" knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
•    Actively suggest drinks and food items to guests based on their preferences; use your knowledge to up-sell premium spirits and wine.
•    Accurately input orders into the POS system and handle guest payments (cash/card) with high integrity.

- OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
•    Ensure the bar is fully set up for service, including garnishes, syrups, glassware, and ice.
•    Monitor stock levels throughout the shift; restock and replenish bar inventory, dry goods, and supplies as needed.
•    Maintain a spotless workstation. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the bar top, back-bar, coolers, and equipment.
•    Work seamlessly with the restaurant floor team and kitchen to ensure drinks for the dining room are prioritized and delivered correctly.

- TRAINING & COMPLIANCE
•    Attend all scheduled training sessions and tastings to improve product knowledge and service skills.
•    Participate in daily pre-shift briefings to stay informed about daily events, VIP guests, and menu changes.
•    Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
