I. Role Summary

1) Managing the full lifecycle of business development activities, from sales policy strategy, proposal management, client relationships, and contract execution to cost control, invoicing, and after-sales activities management with the client

2) Ensures project profitability, compliance, and timely delivery, supporting aerostructure sales and project execution

3) Project management of the Phase 2 Machining Project and its business development with the head of the Phase 2 project

II. Key Task

1. Sales Policy & Strategy Development

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve sales policies in alignment with company objectives and business strategies.

2. External & Client Relationship Management

• Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and key clients.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
• Oversee client communications and support business development activities.

3. Proposal Management

• Prepare and develop business proposals, quotations, and related documents.
• Review and improve proposal content to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Maintain version control and approval records for all proposals and quotations.

4. Contract Negotiation & Execution

• Prepare negotiation strategies and supporting materials.
• Lead and participate in contract negotiation meetings.
• Propose contract terms, business solutions, and commercial ideas during negotiations.
• Support contract execution and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

5. Cost Management

• Establish and manage project budgets based on approved quotations and BOMs.
• Allocate and control budgets across relevant departments.
• Monitor planned versus actual costs and analyze budget utilization.
• Identify cost deviations and coordinate with responsible departments to determine root causes.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor cost fluctuations and incorporate lessons learned into future quotations and pricing strategies.

6. Contract Management & Change Control

• Oversee contract implementation and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage contract amendments, modifications, and change requests.
• Maintain contract records and revision control for all related documentation.

7. Invoicing & Revenue Support

• Support invoice issuance and billing processes.
• Monitor payment status and coordinate collection activities.
• Assist in revenue tracking and financial reporting.

8. Phase 2 Project Support

• Manage and monitor project schedules and milestones.
• Lead major negotiations with stakeholders and business partners.
• Support business activities related to the Phase 2 project in collaboration with the Project Head.
• Prepare reports for Headquarters and relevant authorities regarding project progress.
• Support training, monitoring, and performance management of Phase 2 trainees.

• Graduated from university or higher in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience. 
• Fluent in English communication.
• Positive mindset and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and financial skills for cost tracking, reporting, and quotation preparation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of aerostructure contracts, BOM, and production cost structures.
• Familiarity with project management and scheduling. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Meticulous characteristics to find out errors in the proposals and negotiation preparations
