Nhân Viên Pha Chế (Barista Staff) - Fulltime

% Arabica is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our wonderful group of hardworking, creative, and fun baristas. Our Baristas provide customers with freshly made drinks and bakery goods in a fast-paced environment. High levels of customer service and the ability to work quickly and accurately are key to this role.

- Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week

- Daily communication with team and customers

- Have a spectacular and infectious love for the cafe’s coffee, explanation of the beans, taste, and quality to customers

- Conduct and execute excellent time management skills with high responsibility

- Prepare and serve all types of offered drinks according to correct recipe guidelines

- Prepare, bake, and assist selling bakery items

- Perform latte art skills with great care on all coffee products

- Collect payment and serve customers

- Clean, arrange tables and supplies as needed

- Report to the shift manager in charge of the daily work situation

- Performing other duties as requested

Training and a probation period will be (2) months depending on experience level.

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENT

• Excellent communication skills.

• Language required: Vietnamese and Intermediate level of English to speak to foreing customers

• Knowledge in specialty coffee and the coffee industry is a plus.

• Latte art skill is a plus

• Mature, professional, and has a growth mindset.

• Enthusiasm to develop your skills and knowledge.
