Nhân Viên Kinh Doanh - Sales Executive

Actively develop and generate new business leads in Corporate, Weddings, Social Events, and Banquets segments.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Promote and sell event venues and banquet services, coordinating closely with internal departments for smooth event execution.
Conduct site inspections, client meetings, and presentations to showcase the property’s facilities and services.
Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and related correspondence for clients.
Update and maintain accurate client and sales records using CRM systems.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals.

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in luxury hotels, banquets, events, or F&B.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Service-oriented mindset with professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently under pressure.
Knowledge of the local luxury hospitality market is an advantage.
Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
