Tuyển dụng Nhân Viên Hoạch Định Sản Phẩm (Product Planning & Marketing) tại Hưng Yên

We are looking for potential candidates who are willing to work as a Product Planning Staff at Panasonic Appliances Vietnam.

JOB DETAILS:

- Working hour: From 8 a.m to 4:45 p.m.

- Working location: Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen (daily shuttle bus from Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong & Hung Yen).

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze demand and market share movement by using market data.

- Analyze benchmark models and make product planning’s hypothesis.

- Take initiative to lead product planning with other stake holders (R&D, Design, Marketing, Communication…).

- Conduct market survey, customer & competitors to verify hypothesis of new product.

- Propose new products and follow product development process.

- Support development of product strategy and mid- to long-term roadmap (3 years) aligned with business goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ International Economics or other related fields.

- Good command of English; Japanese or Chinese is an advantage.

- Candidates with experience are preferred. However, freshers who possess strong language abilities are warmly welcomed.

- Basic understanding of marketing, market research, consumer behavior, and business analysis.

- Good analytical and logical thinking skills; able to collect, organize, and interpret data.

- Good communication and presentation skills; able to clearly explain ideas and findings.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
