We are looking for potential candidates who are willing to work as a Business Planning Staff (New Business Design) at Panasonic Appliances Vietnam.

JOB DETAILS:

- Working hour: From 8 a.m to 4:45 p.m.

- Working location: Thang Long II Industrial Zone, Hung Yen (daily shuttle bus from Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong & Hung Yen).

JOB OVERALL:

- Responsible for planning and managing Lifelong Partner Products (LLP) for the washer business, including washer filters, tub cleaners, and related accessories.

- This role supports new product development, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination to drive business growth.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products.

- Propose and develop new LLP products for the washer category.

- Coordinate product development activities with internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage product specifications, packaging, and launch schedules.

- Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

- Support planning and product launch & marketing activities across APAC markets.

- Other related tasks will be assigned by manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ International Economics or other related fields.

- Good command of English; Japanese is an advantage.

- Have 1 - 2 years of experience in similar roles. Freshers who possess strong language abilities are warmly welcomed.

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

- Good business manners, communication, and coordination skills.

- Basic documentation and reporting skills.

- Proactive, creative, careful, and willing to learn.
