Nhân Viên Hỗ Trợ Kinh Doanh (Sales Support/ BD Support) - Hải Phòng

• Manage communication and maintain relationships with international logistics networks and associations in which Bee Logistics is a member. 
• Monitor and communicate standards, regulations, alerts, and other notices from the networks to relevant departments (Customer Service, Sales, etc.). 
• Update information on annual conferences of the networks (registration period, participation fee, venue, etc.). Prepare Agent Profiles according to the assigned list for Conferences/AGMs. 
• Evaluate the performance of the networks and prepare monthly reports. 
• Support the contract/cooperation agreement process with new agents under the guidance of the line manager. 
• Develop criteria for strategic agents and cooperation mechanisms. Evaluate and select agents with competitive pricing and good service quality for system updates. 
• Monitor monthly shipment volume and coordinate freehand shipments for Bee's overseas offices, strategic agents, and preferred agents. 
• Search for agents capable of handling special services both within and outside the networks based on requests from Customer Service and Sales. 
• Act as the main contact point for overseas offices regarding agents, shipment flow, sales leads, and network-related matters. 
• Support overseas offices in improving service quality and processes, and connect them with Bee Group branches. 
• Provide information and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve requests from overseas offices. 
• Perform other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager. 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College or University degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields. 
• 6 months - 1 year experience in BD Support, CS, overseas/agent sales at a freight forwarding company (open to freshers). 
• Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above) 
• Additional foreign languages such as Chinese, Japanese are a plus. 
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
