Daily Responsibilities

1. Detail Follow-Up: Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard.

2. Deck Crafting: Assist in creating compelling presentation decks that effectively communicate project ideas and strategies to clients.

3. Paperwork Management: Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports, ensuring all materials are up to date and accessible.

4. Industry Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform project strategies and creative decisions.

5. Communication: Facilitate communication between team members and clients, providing updates and addressing any inquiries promptly.

6. Support: Aid senior project managers in coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing meeting notes.

How to Determine if You’re a Good Fit

Toolset

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana)

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
