Motor Claims Executive

1. Site survey and claims handling:

- Guide clients, dealer, garages in claim handling procedures.

- Immediately conduct site inspection for damage to insured vehicles and others requests if any.

- Investigate the cause of the loss and determine the coverage (including proper exclusion, reduction).

- Check repair/ replacement quotation of garage to verify reasonable cost.

- Negotiate with the third parties for recovery cases.

• Male;

• University graduated, preferably in Automobile Technology background;

• At least 03-year experience in Motor Claim or Insurance field;

• Fair English;

• Good at communication skill, presentation skill and customer service;

• Good at computer skills;

• Hard working and good sense of urgency.
