Job Purpose:

- Proactive research and applying cutting-edge generative AI technology and proposal apply to enhance business process, and rollout new function on AI product and AI Platform/ research IT Technology general to build IT systems/solutions.

- Analyze business requirements, collaborating with business users, and proposing innovative solutions for IT systems and using generative AI

- Participate in evaluating the effectiveness of generative AI model in responding to query

- Join in analyze, develop and deliver new function for AI product and AI Platform as roadmap and work with Ops to deliver end to end products

Major Activities:

1. Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in IT Technology general/generative AI.
• Identify opportunities for applying generative AI techniques to improve business processes.

2. Business Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with business users, SA and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for optimization using generative AI.

3. Solution Proposal and Ideation:

• Give Solution to optimize IT systems         
• Brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for applying generative AI to address business challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop use cases and scenarios for generative AI applications

4. Implementation:

• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers implement IT solutions/generative AI solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions/generative AI.
• To make sure all incident which cannot be solved on previous lines of support are solved Level 3 support).

5. Evaluation: Evaluate the performance and accuracy of generative AI responses to user queries.

6. Documentation and Communication:

• Create detailed technical documentation, solution document, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Writing the document for the operation of the program by operators
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

7. Other tasks as line manager’s assignment

Outcomes/Measures:

- Analytical solution can using AI/GenAI to response good biz requirment

- Write the good prompt to AI/GenAI understand and response the good result

- Development AI product, AI function follow-up with guiding from senior level…

- Business processes should be developed considering all other processes which it connected/related to

- Join golive CRs periodically with no incident

- Resolve 3rd level of issue/ incidents

- Feedback adhoc BU’s requests

- Support well for other IT projects.

1. Educational Qualifications

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field is required

2. Relevant Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in IT field
• At least 2-3 year experience in developing back end system and application on Cloud e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP etc.,
• At least 1 years of IT and business/industry work related to AI/GenAI (prefer)

3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise

• An understanding of bank business domain (prefer)
• Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
• Being able to understand and catch-up quickly with various GenAI apply to business processes/rules or new products in banking domain (preferable)
• Research new technology trending
• Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementation
• Business application life cycle experience
• System development life cycle skills
• Working knowledge of applications being supported
• Working knowledge of platform and technologies supporting the business application
