- Request the Administration Department to arrange transportation for customer visits or book hotel accommodation upon customers' requests.
- Send customer information to the Administration Department to arrange visas or invitation letters (if required).
- Working with design team for sample layout for the meeting (if needed).
- Introduce the factory and products to customers and take note all their selection at the meeting.
- Making Breakdown. Get price approval or guidance from Team Leaders.
- Send photo offer/Presentation/PI to customers.
- Send samples orders to factory - Follow up, checking and send to customers.
- Send counter samples, production file to Production Dep. and QA.
- Follow up production status. Ask for customers approval for extended shipdate if any.
- Randomly checking product quality.
- Book inspection with third party if any and inform QA the inspection schedule.
- Send samples to lab test service if customer requests.
- Do layout of carton, labels - get approval from customers - send to printers or factory to place orders.
- Send packing instruction to Warehouse.
- Send info or loading plan for Shipping to book containers.
- Send PO to makers.
- Follow up with Warehouse if any short shipped or over q’ty - Ask for customer approval.
- Send debit note to customers if any.
- Help Shipping dep to chase payment from customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Always reply customers within 24h.
- Make sure correct calculation of packing, loading, costs in put in the Breakdown. And never make mistake of sending Breakdown to customers or Agents.
- Make sure no crossing over when sending Photo offer to customers.
- Make sure all terms and conditions are stated in the Photo offer to customers.
- Make sure to send correct samples to customers.
- Must get approval of using company account to send samples if company will pay freight.
- Make sure production in correct shape, size, color, q’ty and quality as customers order.
- Make sure to ship on time. Any problem happens, can solve quickly or getting instruction from Team leader.
- Make sure of doing correctly as guideline from customers.
