Merchandiser

Including all the works related to many orders from the date buyer confirms order until shipment closing.
Receiving and checking all information with Buyer, working with Marketing team and all depts. in factory.
Requesting for samples (Fit, PP, Top, Test), submitting all samples to Buyer and chasing for approval.
Following up fabric booking issued by fabric team.
Calculating consumption for all sewing and packing accessories, booking bulk accessories. Checking etd and eta of all accs. Informing suppliers if any discrepancy on quantity and quality.
Issueing MO (Manufacturing Order) to factory.
Making original trims card to factoty.
Keying order data to Chutex’s system and Updating production status to Buyer’s management system.
Checking and following up shipment plan weekly, informing to all related depts. if any changes.
Training for new staffs, able to work independently but when working in group a high teamwork spirit and responsibility are requested. Sharing information and request from Buyer to all group members.
Able to negotiate and settle all issues with buyer and supplier.
Attending all the meetings and trainings requested by Buyer and factory.
Willing to work overtime in peak season.
Willing to travel once requested by management board.
Working independently.
