About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
• Shipping Manager to oversee and optimize our company’s shipping and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods while managing a team and coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily shipping operations.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
• Monitor shipping schedules, costs, and performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce shipping costs.
• Lead and train the shipping team to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align logistics with business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
• In-depth understanding of Vietnamese import-export laws, trade regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in shipping software and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Work Environment
• Factory-based role with regular interaction with suppliers and production teams.
• Reports directly to factory’s Vice President.
